  NOVACHEM keeps a complete track record of the goods that are exported and informs clients about the transit status on hours basis.

  NOVACHEM's team responds to each and every queries of clients mail within a short time frame along with copy of typical Certificate of Analysis. NOVACHEM also sends a copy of specimen documents such as M.S.D.S, Allergen statement, Non-hazardous, Non-GMO, BSE/TES certificates etc., if demanded by the customer.

  Samples at Free cost:

  NOVACHEM uses to send free sample pieces to clients for their evaluation/approval and only courier charge is required, which could be refunded if commercial biz is done later. In case of highly value products, the sample will be sent to customers at very special price.

• 

  Just orders - grams to FCL consignments:

  NOVACHEM handles export orders from 1Kg (in some high cost APIs even in Grams) to FCL basis. NOVACHEM delivers these products to clients through courier, Door-to-Door, air cargo, LCL or FCL.
